Finding International Newspapers in LexisNexis and Factiva

If you are researching a product or industry in an international market, sometimes it helps to look at publications and newspapers from the specific country.  Both LexisNexis and Factiva allow you to limit a search to specific publications from a particular region.  Because LexisNexis and Factiva will index different publications for each country, it is strongly encouraged that you try similar searches in both databases.  Below are directions on how to do this in both databases.

  1. Choose Sources, Browse Source from the menu on the left
  2. Choose your country in the Country drop-down menu
  3. Select the publications that you wish to use
  4. Click “OK” to add the publications to your search
